Do you offer personalized or custom items?

Yes! We are proud to offer a beautiful selection of personalized items, such as custom photo ornaments and designed stationery. These unique gifts are crafted with extra attention to detail to make your celebration even more special. Please note that due to their custom nature, these items are exempt from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Where does Hallmark Store ship to?

We offer two convenient shipping methods to ensure your gifts arrive safely:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Your order is shipped via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx and will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after processing.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we provide complimentary shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after processing.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days as we carefully prepare your items for their journey.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking details. This will allow you to follow your package’s journey from our store in Columbus, Ohio, right to your doorstep.
