Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Each item is hand-checked to ensure it meets our high standards of quality.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will email you a return authorization number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, certain heartfelt items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:
- Personalized Items: Any product that has been customized or personalized (e.g., ornaments with specific names or dates).
- Baby Essentials: For health and safety reasons, all items in our ‘Baby Essentials’ category are final sale.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the value of the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.
