Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to addresses in Asia or remote regions. If you attempt to place an order from a restricted location, your order may be canceled.

Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Wait for Instructions: We will email you a return authorization number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the health and safety of all our customers, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized Items: Any product that has been customized or personalized (e.g., ornaments with specific names or dates)
• Baby Essentials: For health and safety reasons, all items in our ‘Baby Essentials’ category are final sale

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:
